Momentum Capital Partners is a Southern California real estate investment and operating company specializing in the acquisition and management of distressed residential and multifamily properties. In 2008-09, the company raised an investment fund and acquired a portfolio of properties, which is still managed today.

1 On 1 Academic Tutors became one of the largest providers of after-school tutoring in the country, providing services to over 20,000 K-12 students in over 1,000 public schools. Within 15 months, the company grew to over 100 full-time employees, 700 seasonal employees, and 4,000 tutors in California and New York.
